The developer

Built by
Mujahid Al Mahi.

Every page of The NLB Academy — the projector, the stage, the letters that rain into a map — was designed and engineered by Mahi.

Hello, world

I enjoy understanding how software works under the hood, and building things from the ground up.

Learning Software Systems Engineering, with a pull towards distributed systems, database engineering, security, networking and data-intensive design. From low-level software to full-stack SaaS, driven by curiosity: build, break, figure out why.

How he builds

Four rules.
No exceptions.

Step 01 / 04

Own the stack

Don't treat abstractions as magic; understand the machine beneath.

Step 02 / 04

Learn by breaking

You only understand a system once you know exactly how it fails.

Step 03 / 04

Zero trust

Defend the runtime, not just the front door.

Step 04 / 04

Ship real things

Low-level precision, real-world execution.

The story so far

Three
chapters.

2005 – 2016 · Brahmanbaria · Narayanganj

Where it all began

A talkative village kid from Bholakot who once got lost on a three-wheeler at four. Cricket, remote-control cars, GTA: Vice City — and, at seven, a first fascination with computers, sparked by an uncle who was a software engineer.

Curiosity shaped my path.

2017 – 2024 · Narayanganj · Dhaka

The years that shaped me

Learned web development during COVID — starting with a Java book bought by mistake for JavaScript, then W3Schools, then coding on his mother's phone when the computer died. Lost his father in 2021. Studied at Notre Dame College, and found his way to CSE.

Life doesn't always follow the path you planned, but the right opportunity can still find you.

2025 – now · Narayanganj · Khulna

Finding my path

Studying CSE at Khulna University and going deeper — databases, distributed systems, security, networking. At 21, founder of Akruno, the company behind DoctorOS BD, Behind The App, MahiOS and Pendush.

I want to create my own path and define success on my own terms.
