Your name, WhatsApp phone number, and email address so we can welcome you, send your course links, and help you whenever you need support.

Payment verification details

Your bKash/Nagad sender phone number, Transaction ID (TrxID), and optional payment screenshot so our team can approve your enrollment quickly.

Learning and progress records

Which lessons you have completed, your video timestamps, and your personal course notes so you can pick up where you left off.

Account protection

Basic security logs and active session tokens to keep unauthorized access out of your student account.

Any receipt screenshots or bank deposit slips you upload are stored in private, protected cloud storage. They are never published on the open web, never indexed by search engines, and only seen by our verification staff.

We never ask for or store your bKash PIN, bank passwords, or debit/credit card security numbers. You pay directly from your own mobile app or bank.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers. Your phone number and email are used solely for The NLB Academy classroom updates and course announcements.
